We are proud to be ranked in the 501-600 band in the Times Higher Education University Ranking and are simultaneously ranked in the 251-300 Young Universities band. These world ranking university is particularly known for its strong engineering and business programs amongst many programs, which are accredited by international bodies. EMU also offers a range of postgraduate programs, including masters and doctoral degrees. These programs are designed to help students specialize in their chosen fields and conduct in-depth research.
EMU offers a variety academic merit-based tuition fee scholarships to all of its prospective and current students in undergraduate and graduate programs.
The cost of education in EMU is very reasonable compared to the very high standard offered. In addition, the university offers scholarships, tuition waivers, and discounts that further reduce the cost of education. All international students at EMU receive scholarships that cover 50% of tuition fees. 100% scholarships are also offered to students with outstanding academic records.

The modern, fully equipped residence halls on the EMU campus house more than 10,000 students, and newcomers receive preferential treatment.
Accommodation at Eastern Mediterranean University in North Cyprus costs between €160 and €280 per month on campus, but students can also find cheaper off-campus accommodation.
EMU has 15 dormitory complexes on campus and can accommodate over 7500 students. Although new students are given priority, it is important to reserve a room early. EMU offers fully furnished apartments with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and balcony. Students can cook their own meals or eat in the canteen.
